Pastor Dale Vallejo-Sanderson, Pastor

Pastor Dale has been in pastoral ministry for over thirty years. He graduated from the University of Hawaii (BA in Communications) and from Fuller Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity). Dale and his wife, Beverly, have three sons: Anthony, Andrew, and Alex.

Cindy Tosto, Family Ministries Director

An active member of the Wellspring family since 2001, Cindy joined the staff of Wellspring in May 2009 to meet the need for a staff member with a focus on children and family ministries. She says, “This was the perfect opportunity to answer the call God had placed in my heart. As a member of this family, I have been given the space and encouragement to explore God’s love and greater purposes for my life. It is my heart’s desire that our children have the opportunity for this same exploration at an early age and that families are equipped to encourage this in one another. It is such a joy and honor to serve my Wellspring Family in this capacity. I have never found greater joy than in serving the family here at Wellspring. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I look forward to continuing to build a relationship with you.” Cindy is completing a Master of Arts at Pacific Rim Christian College and has more than 20 years of ministry experience.

Anthony Vallejo-Sanderson, Youth Director

Seeing how Jesus ministered via relationships, Anthony focuses on leading youth to a “close and real relationship with Christ.” He says, “I love being a part of a community, being a friend and a part of someone’s life, and teaching youth.” His vision for the youth group is a community that offers an “environment that will grow young men and women of God” and where they “grow greater relationships with each other and with Jesus that lasts throughout their lives, wherever they go.” Besides enjoying leading Painted Bible Studies and blind mat-maze walk-throughs, Anthony in his spare time converts old cars to veggie oil cars, and old vegetable oil into clean fuel. His car runs on 100% recycled vegetable oil. A filmmaker and media artist, Anthony has worked on many Hollywood feature films and now uses much of his filmmaking in his ministry today. He also adds, “I fold, not scrunch.”
