Covid-19 Safety

Our Commitment to Safety

Wellspring’s staff and pastor team are committed to mitigating health risks to our church ‘ohana and friends whenever we meet. From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic onward, we have developed and adapted our safety protocol to best fit information available. Whether we meet in-person or online, we choose to follow the guidelines and mandates of the authorities over us.

Each person on the greeting team, keiki church, live stream, and worship teams are committed to a three-fold layer of protection, based on Ecclesiastes 4:12. Even as a threefold cord “is not quickly broken” we commit to a threefold layer of protection out of valuing and loving our neighbors and the rest of our congregation.

Those involved with our worship services are committed to:

  1. Temperature checks upon entry

  2. Face coverings worn indoors at all times

  3. Vaccination OR a quick COVID test (provided by Wellspring) prior to entry

If we find we have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, we are committed to transparency, letting each other know as soon as possible. So far our protocol has successfully kept virus spread at bay.

What You Can Expect

If you visit Wellspring in-person, you can expect to wear a face-covering when indoors— food and drinks will be outside— and your temperature will be taken on entry as a precaution to help protect each other. That’s it!

On those days you might feel a little sick, we ask you to join us in worship online so we can best safeguard each other’s health and show our love and care for God in how we honor each other.
